Mold Remediation:

We are a certified restoration company that understands the science behind mold and mold growth. We have the expertise to remediate mold in your home or business. Mold Remediation focuses on lowering mold levels back to natural levels. Mold can be found just about anywhere in your home or business. It can grow on most organic items where moisture and oxygen are present. Mold can grow on wood, paper, carpet, foods and insulation. When excessive moisture accumulates in your home or business, mold growth will often occur. It is impossible to eliminate all mold and mold spores in an indoor environment (anyone that tells you otherwise is seriously uninformed). However, indoor mold growth can be controlled. If you do have a problem, we can help lower the mold levels to their natural state.

Water Damage Restoration:

When your property is exposed to water it is important that the area is dried out completely and quickly. Just because the leak has stopped, and the area doesn’t appear very affected doesn’t mean the water damage has stopped. It is important to get Flood Brothers Restoration involved right away. We use high velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers and more to get your property dried out quickly. Water damage is progressive, even unharmed areas can soak in air humidity and cause mold and mildew after time.

Crawlspace Clean Up:

If your house is on a crawlspace and a pipe burst occurs on the main level, many times the crawlspace will also be affected. The wet insulation and vapor barrier would need to be removed, disinfect the area, drying equipment brought in and dried and insulation and vapor barrier replaced. We also do mold remediation in many crawl spaces from long term leaks and sewage leaks.

Sewage Clean Up:

At Flood Brothers Restoration, we do the clean up and restoration work to make sure your property is free of any harmful contaminants that can make you sick. These include but are not limited to sewage loses, toilet backflows that come from beyond the trap, any ground water that comes in from outside and any water loss that has been present for more than 3 days. For most jobs the process of cleaning up sewage loses includes installing HEPA air filtration devices, removing any solid or liquid waste, tearing out affected building materials, cleaning and applying botanical disinfectants then drying the area completely.
